Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Orders for stocked products with merchandise totaling $200 or more and shipped within the 48 continental United States are shipped FREE via USPS service.

Expedited shipping services and/or other carriers including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available at standard rates; please contact us for additional shipping information. All orders including 2nd Day Air are shipped on the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Pepper Spray products have restricted shipping options and will ship via UPS Ground ONLY.

Taxes

 

PBTC will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within the state of California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

 

 

 

Out-of-Stock Products

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which may cause a delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
