TERMS OF SALE

I.             Acceptance of Terms*

PointBlank Training Center Inc.,  reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. PointBlank Training Center Inc, further reserves the right to limit or deny the use of promotions to customers, including, but not limited to, the right to refuse free shipping and other promotions to unauthorized resellers and unauthorized re-distributors. PointBlank Training Center Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time without notice to you. II.            Place of Sale*

PointBlank Training Center Inc., reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Los Angeles, California, subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by PointBlank Training Center Inc., in Los Angeles, California. All sales are subject to the laws of the State of California, and the venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of California. No change, modification, or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by PointBlank Training Center Inc.  Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyer's purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein.

III.           Restrictions on the Purchase or Possession of Specific Products*

A.            Law Enforcement Items.  PointBlank Training Center Inc., restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, badges, batons, pepper spray, nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency or other agency-specific titles. If shipping to an address other than the approved agency, the customer must provide the proper credentials and a copy of official identification. Placing an order for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, affirms PointBlank Training Center Inc., that the purchaser is authorized to make such purchase, and is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning same. PointBlank Training Center Inc., may verify the credentials of any person ordering such items.

B.            Body Armor.  PointBlank Training Center restricts the sale of body armor and related products (including, but not limited to, concealment body armor, tactical body armor, ballistic plates, ballistic shields, and ballistic helmets) to public safety professionals, members of the United State military and/or corporate and private security officers.  Orders for such products must be shipped to an approved agency or corporate address.  If shipping to an address other than the approved agency, appropriate documentation must be provided.  PointBlank Training Center Inc. reserves the right to refuse or deny the sale of body armor and related products to any individual who is unable to provide appropriate documentation.

IV.          Restrictions on the Purchase and Export of Specific Products

PointBlank Training Center Inc., reserves the right to reject, cancel or to make further inquiry into any order which it believes implicates the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

VI.          Pricing on the Website*

PointBlank Training Center Inc., reserves the right to correct website errors, including, but not limited to the right to cancel a processing order if the item is priced incorrectly.
